If you are not 100% satisfied with our product after you purchase it we will
gladly take it back and refund your money during the first 90 days after
installation.
Technology Guarantee

offer a unique technology guarantee. If your environment changes and you can no
longer make use of the Q3 product we will allow you to trade the unit
in for a Q3 product which will work and receive a refund of the
purchase price** against the replacement provided the Q3 is kept
under maintenance.
